Registration Fees: Until April 6 (Online Registration Closes: April 6, 2013, 9:00 p.m., EST):
5k: $25 adult, $10 child (18 and older is considered an adult), $50 family
1 mile only: $10 individual, $50 family

Race Day Walk in:
5k: $30 individual, $55 family
1 mile only: $15 individual, $55 family

Discounts: Families of 4 or more (including two children) can register for $50.

Please note: Late registrants/race day registrants are not guaranteed T-shirts.

Start Time: 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk: 8:00 a.m. / 5k (3.1 miles): 8:30 a.m.

RACE WILL TAKE PLACE RAIN OR SHINE!

Event Details: Strollers and dogs are welcome during both races.  Please be respectful of other runners and start in the back of the group.  Dogs must be on a leash at all times.

Race Packet Pick up and Late Registration: Packet pick up and walk in registration will be held on race day, Sunday April 7 from 6:30 a.m.-7:45 a.m. in the Wolftrap school cafeteria. For packet pick up ONLY, runners may pick up packet in Wolftrap School lobby from 3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. on Friday, April 5. Packet pick up for those who registered after April 3 will take place in the morning on race day.

Course: The certified 5k course will start and end at Wolftrap School and go through surrounding neighborhoods.  Police support and safety marshals will be stationed along the course.  There will be one water station on the course.

Special Attention: ALL 5K PARTICIPANTS MUST COMPLETE THE COURSE IN ONE HOUR.

Awards & Prizes: For the 5k race, prizes will be awarded to the top female and male runners in each category.  There will also be a Wolftrap Student (Female and Male) Overall and Wolftrap Faculty (Female and Male) awards.

Age Categories: 5-6 years, 7-8 years, 9-10 years, 11-12 years, 13-19 years, 20-29 years, 30-39 years, 40-49 years, 50+ years

Event Proceeds: Proceeds for the event will go to support new classroom computers for all the grades.

Timing: Race timing and scoring services will be provided by Potomac River Running and Commonwealth Race Management.
