Loudoun County Run 4 the Homeless

Join Stone Bridge High School and Epsilon Zeta Boule Foundation, Inc., Volunteers of America Chesapeake, and the Ashburn community for the inaugural Loudoun County Run 4 the Homeless 5k. This is a non-profit fundraising event to bring awareness to homelessness in our community and gather for a time of fun, fellowship, and a good cause.  Proceeds from this race will be used to support the homeless and those organizations whose missions are to support the homeless and work towards eliminating homelessness in Loudoun County.

ONLINE REGISTRATION ENDS THURS, NOV 8, AT 8:59PM.

ONSITE REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE AT STONE BRIDGE HIGH SCHOOL DURING PACKET PICK-UP (FRI, NOV 9) AND PRIOR TO THE RACE ON SATURDAY MORNING.

Entry fee: Early bird fee of $25 through September 15. $30 from September 16-November 4. $35 from November 5-10.  No refunds given for no shows or cancellations. 

"Gift of Warmth Donation": Receive a $5 discount on your registration fees by taking advantage of donating a "Gift of Warmth" item.  "Gift of Warmth" items are new gloves, hats, scarves, ear muffs, toothpaste, brushes, shaving items, toiletry products, towels, washcloths, and etc.  A drop off box will be available on race day and packet pick-up day to collect your items.

What do you need to do?

It's simple, just commit to bringing a Gift of Warmth item on race day or Packet Pick-up Day by choosing the appropriate box below.  

Timing:  The race will be timed using the IPICO electronic timing system by Commonwealth Race Management, Inc.

Awards: Top 3 overall male and female finishers.  Top male and female finisher in each age group: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over.

Post race: There will be refreshments for all participants.   

Packet pick up: Packet pick up will be held at Stone Bridge High School on Nov 9th from 5 to 7 pm during the Spaghettic Dinner.

Note:  Please complete, sign, and bring the attached Emergency Information form (Student or Adult) to packet pick up and/or on Race Day.
